To change from right to left hand wind (and vice versa) simply follow these steps
 
Release the spool from the reel frame
Under the spool you will find a white one way bearing under a spring clip in the center of the spool
Remove the spring clip and the one way bearing
Simply reverse the bearing and relocate back into the spool
Replace the spring clip
Put the spool back onto the frame
