- The membership card is valid for the period chosen from the date of purchase.
- Discount codes are individualy assigned and unique to the individual member.
- Discount codes are for use by the individual member only and not other persons.
- All orders must be delivered to the address we hold on file for the member. We will not ship to alternate addresses without prior agreement.
- Discount codes will emailed to you within 1 working day of purchase. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received your code in this timescale.
- No physical card will be mailed out, this is a digital code for use on our website only.
- Membership is not transferable to other persons.
- No refund will be made for any memberships cancelled by the member. If we cancel any membership we will refund the remaiing part of the membership pro-rata.
- We reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time should we receive information that the membership is being abused. In this instance no refund will be applicable to the cancelled member.
