How To Use
It takes just 2 minutes!
Strip 10–15 m of line off the reel.
Apply a few drops to a soft cloth/microfiber (or use a TMC pad).
Wipe the line through your fingers/cloth twice—first pass to clean, second to dress.
Buff lightly with a dry patch to remove excess.
Let it sit a couple of minutes before fishing (prevents tackiness).
 
Frequency
Heavily used rivers/stillwaters: every 2–3 outings.
Dusty/silty venues or salt: quick wipe after each day.
 
Tips
For really dirty lines: first pass with a damp cloth, then TMC cleaner.
Focus on the head + first 10 m—that’s what shoots/mends.
A tiny amount goes a long way; too much can feel tacky.
Compatible with floating & intermediate lines; avoid heavy dressings on full sink lines (clean only).
Keep off cork grips and wader fabric—wipe spills immediately.
 
Quick Troubleshooting
Still feels sticky? You used too much—buff with a dry cloth.
Sinks at the tip? It’s often dirt. Deep-clean the first 3 m, then redress lightly.
Cracks showing? Cleaner won’t fix coating breakdown—time to replace the line.
